About the AI-reply allowance:it only covers free-text questions the AI answers on its own from your villa's FAQs. It has nothing to do with the bot itself — checking availability, quoting a price, negotiating, taking a booking, and collecting payment are all rules-based and keep working exactly the same even if that month's AI allowance runs out. You're never left without a working booking assistant.
Pricing questions
What happens after the 14-day trial?
You'll be asked to subscribe to keep your bot running. If you don't, the bot pauses (stops replying to guests) — nothing is deleted, and you can subscribe anytime to pick back up.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime from your dashboard as your number of villas changes.
Is there a setup fee or commission on bookings?
No setup fee, and no commission on what guests pay — payments go straight to your own Razorpay account. You only pay the flat monthly plan price.
What counts as an "AI-written reply"?
Only the free-text questions the AI answers from your villa's FAQs count against the monthly allowance — the core booking flow (dates, price, availability, payment) runs on rules and never uses up your AI allowance.
What if I go over my plan's villa limit?
You'll be prompted to upgrade — your existing villas keep working, you just can't add another until you do.
