Data Deletion Instructions

HostFlow is operated by MDNY TECH PRIVATE LIMITED. This page explains how to request deletion of your personal data from HostFlow, including data connected through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform and Instagram.
If you're a HostFlow Owner (account holder)
Email hello@mdny.infrom your account email with the subject “Delete my HostFlow data.” We will delete your account profile, connected WhatsApp/Instagram credentials, and associated property data within 30 days, except records we're legally required to retain (e.g. completed booking/payment records for accounting purposes).
If you're a Guest (messaged a property via WhatsApp/Instagram)
Email hello@mdny.inwith the phone number or Instagram handle you messaged from, and the property name if known. We will delete your message history and contact details within 30 days, except where retention is required for an active or completed booking's legal/accounting records.
What happens to data Meta holds separately
Deleting your HostFlow data does not remove information you've shared directly with Meta (e.g. your WhatsApp/Instagram account itself). To manage that, use Meta's own account and data controls in the WhatsApp or Instagram app.
