HostFlow Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of HostFlow, a software service operated by MDNY TECH PRIVATE LIMITED(“MDNY”, “we”, “us”), registered office at Plot no. 216, Amar Shrusti, Near Gadital, Hadapsar, Pune, Maharashtra 411028, India. By creating a HostFlow account or using the service, a property owner (“Owner”, “you”) agrees to these Terms.

1. The service

HostFlow lets an Owner connect a WhatsApp and/or Instagram number, automates responses to guest enquiries, manages bookings, calendars, rates, and guest communication, and optionally collects guest payments through the Owner's own connected Razorpay account. HostFlow acts on the Owner's behalf and instructions; the Owner remains responsible for the accuracy of their property information, pricing, and policies as configured in the platform.

2. Accounts & eligibility

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for activity under your login. You must have the legal right to manage the property(ies) you add to HostFlow and to receive guest payments for them.

3. Subscriptions & billing

HostFlow is offered on paid subscription plans, billed monthly via Razorpay. Fees are shown at checkout before payment. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled; a lapsed or unpaid subscription may result in reduced functionality until payment resumes. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Guest payments

Where an Owner enables guest payments, funds are collected directly through the Owner's own Razorpay account under Razorpay's terms and KYC requirements. HostFlow facilitates the payment request but is not a party to, and does not hold funds from, the transaction between the Owner and their guest.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use HostFlow to send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or content that violates WhatsApp's or Meta's platform policies, or to collect guest data for any purpose beyond operating your property. We may suspend accounts that violate this section or that cause our WhatsApp/Instagram connection to be restricted by Meta.

6. Availability & liability

HostFlow is provided on an “as is” basis. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, including where third-party providers (Meta, Razorpay, Google, AWS) are unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, MDNY TECH PRIVATE LIMITED's liability for any claim arising from use of HostFlow is limited to the fees paid by the Owner in the three months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate an account at any time. On termination, we will stop processing new guest messages for that account; existing booking and financial records may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business records.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Pune, Maharashtra having exclusive jurisdiction.
